Association for the defence of domestic and care workers.
We are an Association of women of different nationalities who, tired of belonging to an invisible, vulnerable and precarious sector, decided to join forces and fight for full equality of rights: labour, political, social and civil rights of all domestic workers in Spain.
To be a reference association in the promotion of the empowerment of domestic and care workers, as well as the vindication of full equality of rights and their fair and decent conditions; with national and international scope.
Empowering people employed in the home and care sector to be the architects of the dignification of the sector and the improvement of their working conditions.
