How can I give or collect a testimony?

There are several ways of how testimonies can become part of the Tribunal:

As Individuals you can directly give a testimony of the Human Rights Violations you have experienced in the field of health in Germany or in the context of the EU Border policy. Relevant documents for you are the following:

As an organisation you can collect the testimony of an individual who has experienced Human Rights Violations in the field of health in Germany or in the context of the EU Border policy. If you aim to collect the relevant information by conducting an interview please read our Guideline for the Collection of Human Stories before starting.

As an Collective you can either give a testimony of Human Rights Violations you have experienced in the field of health in Germany or in the context of the EU Border policy and/or you can collect the testimony of an individual. As someone who knows a person that would like to give a testimony you can either ask the person to directly give her*his testimony and/or propose to have her*his testimony collected by an organisation/collective or trusted person. If the relevant information will collected through an interview, we advise the interviewer to carefully read our Guideline for the Collection of Human Stories before starting.
