In our work we are committed to a society in which all aspects of the lives and personalities of lesbian, bisexual women and trans* people are accepted and valued. This includes not only sexual orientation, but also membership of various social, religious and cultural groups. This results in very different experiences of violence and discrimination. We work in an intercultural team so that we can meet the many different needs and interests from different perspectives.
